WHAT IS LOLA'S CAFE?

Eclectic - Independent - Fresh - Community - Caffeinated

The very basic overview is this:  

• We don't want junk in our food... why should you?  
• Delicious bread, great coffee and loose-leaf teas
• Avoiding as much as possible with the nitrates, nitrites or preservatives in our fresh sliced deli meats.  
• Carrying dairy and meats that come from cows that are raised responsibly (i.e. grass fed and not pumped full of growth hormones & antibiotics).  
• As much locally grown and organic produce as possible.  
• Gluten-free and dairy-free options.  
• Tasty treats.  Beer and wine.
• Being responsible towards the planet... Acting locally - thinking globally.  
• Supporting local artists and independent businesses.  
• Great music.  Decor featuring music memorabilia and locally made art.  
• After 18 months of business plans, marketing and projections, we continue to work with the Orange County Small Business Development Center on the funding portion
